Sunday with Addalin

This weekend I spent with Addalin in her grandparent's home. We had a lot of fun finding different places to take pictures throughout the garden. I hope that you enjoy these as much as I do!

Andrea and Jacen in Boulder Canyon

This weekend I took Andrea and Jacen to Boulder Canyon for their first visit as an engaged couple. As we walked along the river, they talked about many things that they enjoyed doing together. One of their favorite things to do together was spend time outdoors, so they felt this was the perfect place for them to be taking their engagement photos and it was a place they wanted to return to in the near future. Congratulations Andrea and Jacen!

Congratulations Joann and Peter!

This past Saturday Joann and Peter celebrated the sacrament of marriage with their friends and family at Our Lady of Loretto Church. It was a beautiful ceremony followed by a very uplifting and meaningful reception.

The last time I photographed my nephews the youngest was rolling around instead of crawling. Now they are both running and chasing each other, which has become my challenge for capturing them in portraits. Please enjoy our special time together!

Evan and Erin are Engaged!

Yesterday I spent some time with some personal friends of mine photographing them for their engagement pictures and reenacting their engagement at Red Rocks. This was definitely a fun shoot as we dodged the huge thunderstorm that almost canceled the shoot! Enjoy!

Hiking around Mount Evans

For those of you who are native to Colorado, you know that there are a couple ways to get to the road that leads to Mount Evans. There is only one road to get there and its only open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. The pictures I'm sharing today were taken before the big opening and it required a hike up the trail. I didn't walk up the whole trail and I didn't go to the top of the mountain, but I still received what I needed from this trip which was a new perspective on a place that I'd been to before. New pictures for an old favorite location.
